John Brenkovich, CFP®, ChFC®, AAMS®
Originally from Astoria, in Queens County, New York City, John began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1988. John's longevity is due to his love of working with a very diverse client base from literally all walks of life, and his very high degree of ethics, always placing his clients' interest first.
John is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional (a certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards), a Chartered Financial Consultant (a designation awarded by the American College) and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (a designation awarded by the College For Financial Planning).
John maintains the Securities Series 7, 8, 24 and 63 registrations along with Life and Health Insurance licenses. He is a member of the Financial Services Institute, and has been quoted in multiple financial publications.
When you work with John, you're working with someone who has met rigorous standards regarding knowledge, experience and ethics, set by the CFP Board, in order to achieve the designation of Certified Financial Planner™ professional. While anyone can call himself or herself a “financial planner,” only those who have fulfilled the certification and renewal requirements of the CFP Board can display the CFP® certification marks.
As a frequent speaker, John teaches and lectures throughout New York City, Connecticut, Westchester, Long Island and New Jersey on various financial planning topics such as "Maximizing Social Security".
John is a graduate of Pace University's Lubin School of Business in New York City with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance and graduated from Xavier High School in New York City. He resides in the Sound Shore of Westchester County New York with his wife and 2 children.
